TERMS OF SERVICE

General Guidelines

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.

  • Prices shown are for personal use only.

  • I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

  • I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.

  • Furthermore, I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission

  • Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Please write in a clear and sympathetic manner.

  • I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide : I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.

  • I may use photo bashing and/or 3D on my commissions if I see fit at my own discretion.

  • Price will vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background

Customer Use

The commissioner reserves the right to

  • Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.

  • Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.

  • Printing the artwork for personal use only.

Customer satisfaction

  • I will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied about their commission(s).

  • If you have any problem regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away, so we can find a solution together.

  • Your entire satisfaction is my end goal, so communication is the most important part of the commission process.

  • As such, if you have some issues with communication, please don’t hesitate to let me know beforehand, so I can adapt myself to you.

The following is considered copyright infringement

  • Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Removing my signature from the artwork.

  • Changing the artwork without my consent.

Commission process

Once everything has been discussed about your commissions you will be put on my To-Do-List. Please note, If there are others before you it may take longer then expected.When the sketch is complete you will get a WATERMARKED screenshot to discus any changes you may want to make to the sketch.When everything is confirmed I will then start to add details to the character, again sending another screenshot to check if anything has been missed or if changes needs to be made.After everything has been 100% okayed by you once the sketch is complete I will then ask for full payment.Feel free to ask for any progress shorts of your commission, When I am finished I will send you the HQ version wither via email or discord, A Toyhouse version can also be provided if you wish.After the commission is finished, if there is anything I have missed do not hesitate to let me know and I can change that for you.

Payment Plans

I accept payment plans for any type of commission, with a maximum wait time of 2 months! How much you send is 100% up to you.If after the 2 months I do not receive the full payment for the commissions, it will be scrapped and used for something else. The money you did pay will be refunded back to you.When a commission is being discussed under a payment plan, I will continue the commission until it is complete without needing the full payment.When the commission is finished a watermarked version will be sent until the remainder of the payment is sent!

Other TOS

Commissions can take from 2 days to a month, this is dependent on how full my To-Do-List is.
If I am taking longer on your commission then what has been estimated, without contact, do not be afraid to drop me a message!You are entitled to a refund if I have not completed the commission, If however it is almost finished, for example: I have almost finished the shading/highlights. A refund will not be provided.I currently only accept PayPal as payment.Any extra characters within the same drawing are 100% of the original price.To commission NSFW images from me you must provide me with a form of ID, Your birthdate must be visible. Feel free to block out any other information you do not want me seeing.If there is anything that is not currently on my "I Do" / "I Don't" list, please do not hesitate to ask.

!BLACKLIST!

These users CAN NOT acquire any character I designed, from me directly nor from other people, under any circumstances. I will not do commissions for them etc. either. They are also not welcome on any of my profiles, Discord servers etc. and I will also refuse to do commissions that are supposed to be gifts for them or include their characters. They can keep already owned designs and art of mine howeverI kindly ask you not to harass, attack or contact these people, especially if it's to inform them they're on this list! This very thing could make you end up here as well

  • ´Noctuliix/Forestemni & Peachiity ´ = ----- Stalking, Heavy Harassment, Spying on me via 3rd party, Telling people ive commissioned to "Beware" of me, Defamation, Bringing people related to me into Unrelated Drama. Demanding public apology from a victim when none of the issues were made public.

  • StarLight_Rides/MidNightFlyer53---Wishing Death upon my most cherished Friend.

  • Shizzy, [Robin] = Refusing to Pay art ive made for them, Abusing their Artists.

  • Underdise = Tracing assets for species, rudeness, passive-aggressive and Guilttripping behavior towords me and ohters, Escalating a situation that shouldnt have been Escalated, Bringing my friends into drama that does not involve them. Heavy Harassment on multiple people.
